emcee & entertainment
Chris Berman of ESPN will serve as our Emcee. For the past quarter century and running, Chris Berman has become one of the America's most respected, popular, and in many ways, most beloved sportscasters of his era. Since 1986, Berman has covered the U.S. Open, including the "NFL PrimeTime of Golf," the nightly U.S. Open highlights show. In 2003, he added play-by-play duties for the U.S. Open on ESPN.
Frank Caliendo, known for "dead on" impressions of famous actors, politicians and broadcasters, provides the entertainment for the evening. Frank's high energy act is a blend of observations, impressions, characters and anecdotal stories that have earned him many appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman, a weekly picks segment on the FOX NFL pregame show, and his own sketch comedy show called "Frank TV."
sponsorship opportunities
We provide a number of ways to participate in this exclusive dinner celebrating the commencement of the 108th United States Open Championship and to welcome the United States Golf Association to San Diego.
