For the
third year, the San Diego International Sports Council (SDISC) and Point Loma Nazarene University co-hosted a
very successful 2004 NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship presented by
U.S. Bank. With almost 2,000 fans in
attendance, the women of California Baptist
University defeated the Concordia College
women in an exciting four set final match up. SDISC's own Dave Stecher and Kent
Aden were the honorary coaches for CAL Baptist and Concordia respectively.
Thanks to all
the board and staff members who attended this event - we appreciate your
continued support. Special thanks to Kent Aden, Max Gelwix, Reiny Giesecke, Bill
Hamlin, Tory Nixon, Ted Roth, Dick Semerdjian, Dave Stecher and Brent Wilkes for
signing on to be the honorary coaches for the event. We look forward to your
participation again next year and your teams appreciated your support. Also, we
recognize all the hard work NAIA and Point Loma
Nazarene University on making this a memorable event. Lastly, we thank our

The 2005 NAIA Women's Volleyball Championships will once again take place in San Diego at Pt. Loma Nazarene University from November 30 - December 3, 2005. We'll see you then.
